Runtown At War With His Record Label, Ericmany, As They Slam Him A Court Injunction Preventing Him From Performing, Recording & Using His Stage Name Without Label's Approval

Popular Nigerian Artiste, Douglas Jack-Agu aka ‘Runtown’ has been slammed an injunction by a Federal High Court sitting in Lagos. The injunction prevents him from any form of recording for now or performing at any event unless with his label; Ericmany Limited approval.

The Ericmany Entertainment label that presently holds the copyright to all of Runtown’s music is the label which Runtown is signed to since 2014 and they are suing him in the Federal High Court on allegations that he signs up, concludes and attends musical shows without the knowledge of the label.

Runtown and his lawyers also filed a petition against Ericmany Limited. See below:
