The reality star, 31, filed the
legal documents on Thursday, seven months after calling a halt to proceedings
so she could take charge of his care following the NBA player's near-death
collapse at a Las Vegas brothel.
As before, she cites 'irreconcilable
differences' as the reason for her petition seeking to formally end her
marriage, according to documents obtained by Daily Mail Online.
But former Lakers star Lamar, 36, was
apparently aware that Khloe was filing court papers and had been given a
heads-up that it was happening.
According to TMZ the split
is amicable and that since there is a pre-nuptial agreement between the pair,
the property settlement agreed the first time around is still in play.
Khloe's decision to file again comes
just two weeks after Lamar, 36, was photographed drinking cognac at a bar in a
LA shopping center.
Since it's likely all the dots are
already in place, it's now just a question of waiting the required six months
in California before a judge can rule that the marriage is legally over.
