Anthony Gooden - 21years old was attacked by his step father, 48-year-old Martin Blackwell who is anti-gay, after catching him at their home with another man.
Anthony who is openly gay had been warned by his step dad severally not to bring men and gay activity to his home.
Last week, it was reported that Anthony invited a male companion to spend the night with him and when his step dad found out, he entered the room and poured hot water on the couple, saying; "Get out of my house with all that gay.” Martin has since been charged with two counts of aggravated assault by the court.
The partner that required skin to be moved from his thigh to his back over 10 days in the hospital because he suffered from second- and third-degree burns.
