No vacation: Kim Kardashian didn't seem to be enjoying the delights of St Barts as she trudged around the Caribbean island on Monday, joined by sister Kourtney, right


Motherhood comes with lots of joy and excitement, but then never without some pains and aches too.
Looking so ravishing with her well made up face, Kim Kardashian was obviously not having fun as usual, as she was seen trying to relieve herself in all possible ways of the pulling weight of her baby bump, during a time out with her sisters at the Caribbean Island to film their reality show KUWTK...Wishing you safe delivery Kim.All shopped out: Kim tried to look interested, but was obviously not enjoying the shopping spree
